High Tensile Brass Rods
High Tensile Brass Rods supplied by R V Metal Corporation are engineered for applications demanding superior mechanical strength, excellent machinability, and long-term dimensional stability under high stress. Manufactured from carefully controlled brass alloys with optimized copper–zinc ratios and strengthening elements, these rods deliver higher tensile strength, improved fatigue resistance, and better wear performance compared to standard brass grades. They are widely used in precision components where failure is not an option.
Our High Tensile Brass Rods are produced through controlled hot extrusion and cold drawing processes to achieve uniform grain structure, consistent mechanical properties, and tight dimensional tolerances. Available in multiple tempers such as half-hard and hard-drawn, these rods offer excellent performance in high-load mechanical parts, fasteners, shafts, bushings, and fittings. The material exhibits good corrosion resistance, reliable performance in marine and industrial environments, and stable behavior during machining and forming.
R V Metal Corporation supplies High Tensile Brass Rods in standard and custom diameters, lengths, and alloy grades as per ASTM, EN, IS, and customer-specific specifications. Each batch can be supported with mill test certificates (MTC), chemical composition reports, and mechanical property verification, making our products suitable for OEMs, EPC contractors, and export-focused engineering projects requiring consistent quality and traceability.
