Medical Gas Copper Pipes supplied by R V Metal Corporation are manufactured from high-purity Copper DHP (Deoxidized High Phosphorus) grade, conforming to C12200 / CW024A. These seamless tubes are specifically produced for Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS) in accordance with EN 13348 and BS EN 1057 standards. Each pipe is degreased, internally cleaned, and capped to ensure ultra-low residual carbon levels, preventing contamination of oxygen, nitrous oxide, vacuum, and medical air systems.
With copper purity exceeding 99.90% and controlled phosphorus content between 0.015% and 0.040%, Copper DHP tubes offer excellent corrosion resistance, weldability, and stability during brazing—ensuring long-term reliability in hospital and healthcare environments.
