Brass Foils – Ultra-Thin Precision Brass Sheets for Electrical, Electronic & Industrial Applications
Brass Foils supplied by R V Metal Corporation are ultra-thin, high-precision rolled brass products engineered for applications where excellent electrical conductivity, formability, corrosion resistance, and dimensional accuracy are critical. Manufactured from premium brass grades such as CuZn30, CuZn37, lead-free brass, and special alloy variants, these foils are produced through controlled cold-rolling and annealing processes to achieve consistent thickness, superior surface finish, and uniform mechanical properties.
Our brass foils are available in soft (annealed), half-hard, and hard tempers, making them suitable for deep drawing, stamping, etching, bending, shielding, and decorative applications. With thicknesses extending down to micron levels, R V Metal Corporation’s brass foils are widely used in electrical connectors, EMI/RFI shielding, battery components, precision shims, nameplates, gaskets, architectural laminates, and high-end decorative finishes.
Each coil or sheet of brass foil is supplied with strict thickness tolerance, excellent flatness, and uniform grain structure, ensuring reliable performance in high-speed automated manufacturing and precision engineering environments. Custom widths, tempers, finishes, and packaging options are available to meet OEM, EPC, and export-market requirements.
