R V Metal Corporation supplies Copper Nickel (Cu-Ni) pipes and tubes in seamless and welded forms (as applicable by size and specification) for seawater cooling, shipbuilding, offshore platforms, desalination, condensers, heat exchangers and general marine engineering. Cu-Ni alloys are selected based on seawater velocity, temperature, erosion-corrosion risk, biofouling tendency, strength requirements, and fabrication needs (bending, flaring, expanding). CuNi 90/10 (UNS C70600) is widely used for seawater service with excellent corrosion resistance and workability. CuNi 70/30 (UNS C71500) offers higher strength and improved resistance in more demanding seawater conditions (higher velocities / higher erosion risk). Special Cu-Ni families (e.g., 95/5 or iron/manganese modified grades) are supplied as per customer standard and application requirements.
