Brass Foils supplied by R V Metal Corporation are ultra-thin, high-precision rolled brass products engineered for applications where excellent electrical conductivity, formability, corrosion resistance, and dimensional accuracy are critical. Manufactured from premium brass grades such as CuZn30, CuZn37, lead-free brass, and special alloy variants, these foils are produced through controlled cold-rolling and annealing processes to achieve consistent thickness, superior surface finish, and uniform mechanical properties.
Our brass foils are available in soft (annealed), half-hard, and hard tempers, making them suitable for deep drawing, stamping, etching, bending, shielding, and decorative applications.
